Morden Ruby

From Agriculture Canada's Parkland Series. Morden Ruby is the sister plant of Adelaide Hoodless.Flowers are fully double about 3" wide and open a ruby red with a molted color throughout. Blooms are long lasting and are born in small clusters. Repeats in fall. Dark green, shiny foliage can be some what prone to blackspot in humid summers. No mildew here in NOva Scotia. Bush grows only 3' x3'. A very nice and unique rose that should be grown in more gardens. Slight fragrance. Hardy to zone 3.
