| Our hybrid Peonies have hefty root systems. Freshly dug our peonies are ready to be replanted for fall. This being done you'll probably get your blooms next spring from each eye. We ship only mature, ready to bloom roots that have a minimum of 3 to 5 blooming eyes. Peony field-grown divisions are shipped bare root in the fall or local customers can pick up at the farm. |

| They are mostly bred from the P. Tenuifolia and most have inherited it's early blooming , short, mounded size and fine, cut leaf foliage. All very desirable traits. Thus they make wonderful plants for the rock garden. |
