PURPLE PAVENENT
Hybrid Rugosa (1990 Germany)
One of the best know of the pavement series. Long buds of deep burgundy/purple open into clusters of large, semi double blooms of deep wine/burgundy. Quite a contrast to the deep yellow centers when bloom is fully open. Very fragrant. Repeats very well and has hugh red hips for fall colour. Grows only 2.5' x 2.5'.Healthy bush and iron clad hardy. A must for your collection of these wonderful carefree roses.
