The plant is very vigorous and blooms on new wood . That means that even if you have a very cold mean winter you'll still get lots of blooms as buds will appear on the current seasons wood. Large, loose blooms open blush pink, then quickly turn an unusual color of deep rosy-red. foliage is glossy mid olive green. Quick Fire™ is a German introduction, growing vigorously 8 feet to 10 feet high and wide when mature.
